Friday Night: 6 hours $2,000 — 8 hours $2,500

Saturday Night: 6 hours $2,000 — 8 hours $2,500

Sunday Night: 6 hours $1,800 — 8 hours $2,200

Weekday (Mon–Thu): $1,600 for 6 hours or $2,000 for 8 hours

Please build in 1 hour to set up and 1 hour to break down within your rental window.

Note: Holiday season and graduation season have an 8-hour minimum rental. Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day carry a $500 premium charge.

Please note:

• By law, 1 security officer is required for the last 4 hours of the event when alcohol is served.
• By law, a TABC-certified bartender must serve alcohol if you plan to offer it at your event.
• A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged if extra cleaning is required.
• $150 will be charged for every 15 minutes the venue is not vacated by your end time.
